We offer customization services. Many times a specific customer request can be accomplished by using the flexibility of the off-the-shelf CG4 Asset Tracking Software. If a customization is needed, we charge for the customization and build it so that it is able to be included in the general release software. This allows customers to migrate to future versions of CG4 software without having to customize the future version of ATS.
CG4 Asset Tracking System is a mature product. At this point in the product cycle, the vast majority of our customers are able to get the functionality they need for their specific environment without customizing.
We produce regular releases each year that contain new features and functionality.
